my comments of a manuscript is required a negative control experiment.
the activities of antioxidant enzyme (catalase and SOD) are induced by treatment with hydrogen peroxide compared with control (no stress). however, the editor ask me to do negative control experiment, perhaps UV radiation. what should i response. thanks.
