which insect is this

if someone could help me identify this insect,i have been googleing but i have a humble knowledge of insects so that didnt get me very far :S

tried that already,he’s a macro photographer, doesn’t have knowledge of neopteras :S

seems like a wasp (hymenoptera)

yeah,i figured that later on,but there are 130 000 different types of it :S
it’s the most similar to sawfly but it has a different connection between its abdomen and thorax

Definitely a wasp, but we couldn’t even begin to try to identify it without knowing where it came from.
