Hello.
I would like to some Immunocytochemistry.
I have seen people prepare their suspension cells (fix, permeabilize, block, stain), then put on sticky slides (either by adhesive slides or poly-L-Lysine coated plate) with a mounting medium.
But some people cytospin their cells on a slide and process them after that.So I am just wondering what is rational behind of the use of cytospin for cultured cells?
Thank you.
